By using this IS (which includes any device attached to this IS), you consent to the following conditions:
-OADS routinely intercepts and monitors communications on this IS for purposes including, but not limited to, penetration testing, COMSEC monitoring, network operations and defense, personnel misconduct (PM), law enforcement (LE), and counterintelligence (CI) investigations.
-At any time, OADS may inspect and seize data stored on this IS.
-Communications using, or data stored on, this IS are not private, are subject to routine monitoring, interception, and search, and may be disclosed or used for any OADS-authorized purpose.
-This IS includes security measures (e.g., authentication and access controls) to protect OADS interests--not for your personal benefit or privacy.
-This information system may contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) (or provide security protection functions to a system that may contain CUI) that is subject to safeguarding or dissemination controls in accordance with law, regulation, or Government-wide policy.
-This information system may contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50A, U.S.C., App. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.
-This information system may contain information that is proprietary to Orion ADS, its clients or subcontractors. Do not upload or transfer proprietary data unless covered by a valid Non-Disclosure Agreement. Do not access or attempt to access proprietary data of third parties to which you are not authorized to access in accordance with a valid Non-Disclosure Agreement.
-Notwithstanding the above, using this IS does not constitute consent to PM, LE or CI investigative searching or monitoring of the content of privileged communications, or work product, related to personal representation or services by attorneys, psychotherapists, or clergy, and their assistants.
